Periungual Fibroma

This patient has periungual fibroma. Patients with these lesions may have a diagnosis of tuberous sclerosis, which was confirmed in this patient when he was in his 20s. Periungual fibromas are benign tumors that are composed of connective tissue and typically appear in the second decade of life or later.
