LL - symmetrical mutiple hypopigmented erthyematous maculopapular nodule Present of lepra cell .( Fomy macrophage) it produce a clear zone between lepra cell and epidermis. Lepra baciteria present as a cigarette in pack. Low resistance. Shoe negative lepromin test
