The presence of vermiform appendix in inguinal hernial sac is called Amyand's hernia. First reported by our grand-grandfather in surgery Sir Claudius Amyand in 1735. Overall incidence of Amyand's hernia ranges from 0.19 to 1.7%. Incidence os inflamed appendix within the hernia is 0.07 to 0.13%. This pathology common in right side and only few cases in left. Left-sided Amyand Herni proposed associated with situs inversus, malrotation or a mobile cecum. Only few cases of right side appendix herniating trough left inguinal canal. In my case, the cecum so mobile and thatbpathology suspected as etiology. Appendectomy and Mitchell-Banks herniotomy technique was done. Patient hospitalized for one day and going home in good condition.
