Pacient with cardiologycal history enter in intensive cardiologival unit and develops ventricular tachycardia for couple of seconds.

Runs of VT can mean anything. You said he had a cardiac history, what is his history? AGE,Gender,Pmx, Fmx, and social history? Holter monitoring immediately. Echocardiogram immediately. Labs include Troponin, CRP, CMP, CBC, D-dimer, etc
