Good day Dr.jiya , i would like tell you something, i had same problem while i was studying , my pattern while to study was to just take book start reading and while i was reading i always lost in between my topic , later i started to watch first Videos about the topic which i had to study, day by day i found that visual understanding before you start to read from books is help you in a great way , i started to get interest in every topic , and good score in exams . I got so motivated , so all i want to say is try to do this , no need to take any medication or to be so punctual to your time table and one more thing whenever your reading anything try to get interest in this way that in future may be because of understanding this topic you going to save someone's life
There is a problem or sth that makes u think about it,find and solve it first
Just think about the time when u become a doctor and ur parents feel proud... 😇 study a bit louder... So not a single think divert ur mind 😉 be happy

Actually , i have the same thing .. but what i wanna say just before u starting to study be fresh mind , dont think that u r studying for exams , study for ur self cuz thinking about exams is the disaster its self.. and be sure u have to prepare everything over ur table to start and close ur phone u may concentrate good kuck 😀
I have had this prblm. Just focus on future without your studies. Trust me. You are going to be just fine. Studies are just part of life.. Not a worship. If you are frustrated with studies, just take a break - and think of your happy moments. Or may be a small nap will be helpful.. .
