In a sweet gesture, a Canadian surgeon ‘operated’ on a teddy bear at the request of a little boy!! Before heading into surgery for his brain condition, 8-year-old Jackson McKie asked his doctor if he could also fix a tear in his fluffy teddy bear named Little Baby. Dr. Daniel McNeely, a brain surgeon, agreed and performed an operation on Little Baby to stitch it up. McNeely shared the photos of him operating on Little Baby to Twitter, writing “Patient asks if I can also fix teddy bear just before being put off to sleep... how could I say no?” Pictures showed the doctor ready for surgery with gloves and mask on, ‘operating’ the brown teddy bear whose face is covered by a tiny mask! His tweet has since gone viral and has been melting hearts online, and both McKie and Little Baby are recovering well after their surgeries 👨⚕️🐻 (Photos by pdmcneely / Twitter via The Canadian Press)
