Why do diabetics suffer from low blood sugar even though alpha cells are unaffected and glucagon hormones are still capable of increasing the blood sugar level ??! I’m not getting this point

There are hyoglycemic condition and hyperglycemic condition

I know but for example diabetic type-1 patient suffers from both the hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia. Hyperglycemia is caused by the absence of insulin in the body but what is the cause for hypoglycemia ??

In hypoglycemic condition blood glucose lowers and anf in hyperglycemic blood glucose level increase

Diabetes are twotype diabetes mellitis and diabetes insipedis.

In type 1 diabetes, there is no insulin production, so patient will has hyperglycaemia. In type 2 diabetes, there is no problem about insulin production, but patient's cells don't have insulin receptors, so blood glucose can't get in the cell. In both types, patient has hyperglycaemia. There wouldn't be any hypoglycemic condition with metabolic ways.

Diabetes affects your body’s ability to use insulin. Think of insulin as the key that unlocks your cells, letting glucose in for energy. People with diabetes use a variety of treatments to help their bodies use the glucose in their blood. Among these are oral medications that increase insulinproduction and insulin injections. If you take too much of these types of medications, your blood sugar may drop too low. People also sometimes experience low blood sugar when planning to eat a big meal, but then they do not eat enough. Skipping meals, eating less than normal, or eating later than normal but taking your medication at your normal time can also lead to low blood sugar levels. Unplanned excess physical activity without eating enough can also cause a drop in blood sugar levels. Drinking alcohol when you’re on these medications can also lead to low blood sugar, especially if it replaces food. When the body is trying to get rid of alcohol it becomes worse at managing blood sugar levels.

Once the blood glucose jumped over 180mg/100ml kidney starts to excrete the glucose with the urine .. this might be the reason why diabetic patient suffers of Hypoglycemia , correct me

Well insulin dependent patients aren’t supposed to have a blood sugar over 180 not even above 120-130 if the diabetes was well controlled. But even with that they still suffer from hypoglycemia from time to time.

Adrenaline has permissive effect over glucagon! So glucagon cannot itself act on its own, maybe that's a possibility.. why they suffer from hypoglycemia!
