Rare Neurological case
26 years old young boy presents to my clinic with his wife c/o un voulantary bitten of his lips and tongue since several weeks ago No past medical or drug history. O/E patient is conscious, oriented and cooperative. No cranial nerves are affected he had all signs of LMNL

may be a psychiatric disease called dermatofagia or lesch-nyhan syndrome, the patient was cordinated at evaluation? Have you detected any type of paresthesia or sensations of cold and heat?
