If you’re talking about X inactivation, then no, it does not impact the fertility of a woman. With Klinefelter syndrome, one of the X chromosomes is still inactivated. The reason that people with Klinefelter syndrome still display signs of having an extra X chromosome, despite the fact that it is inactivated, is because X inactivation occurs later in life. If two Xs are present in gestation it will impact development, and X inactivation later in life will not reverse this.

Barr body is nothing but the inactive X chromosome present in females. Out of two one is always inactive and becomes a round stained structure adjacent to the nuclear membrane known as Barr body. In case of male there's only one X chromosome so no Barr body is present. (Read the Lyons Hypothesis/rule for better understanding). In Klinefelter syndrome male possesses two X chromosomes out of which one is active and another inactive. Because of the presence of another X chromosome we get a barr body. They show some female characters because of that despite being male.
