Chronic Subdural Hematoma - Neurosurgical Treatment

68 year old male. Myocardial Infarction 5 years ago (intracoronary stenting). Fell down from stairs 1 year ago with head trauma. Patient developed chronic headache and incoordination of movements. Neurological examination: GCS = 15, dysarthria​ and right hemicorporal paresis (strength 4-/5). Left Fronto-Temporo-Parietal craniotomy and evacuation were performed.
