It is area of epistaxis. Also known as kiesselbachs plexus. It is formed by four arteries. 1.Greater palatine 2.Anterior ethmoidal 3.Sphenopalatine 4.superior labial (branch of facial artery). You can also remember it by mnemonic GASS..
