Sialodochitis

A) Sialogram of left parotid gland. The characteristic “sausage link” appearance of the duct indicates ductal damage from obstructive disease with irregular narrowing of duct caused by reparative f ibrosis (sialodochitis). (B) Diagram inset of obstruction with proximal dilation of the ductal system.
