Malignant fibrous histiocytoma

. The tumour shows admixture of spindle-shaped pleomorphic cells forming storiform (cart-wheel) pattern and histiocyte-like round to oval cells. Bizarre pleomorphic multinucleate tumour giant cells and some mononuclear inflammatory cells are also present.
