I prefer mnemonic "MORPHINE" to help remember some common side effects of opioids: M: Yosis O: Ut of it (sedated) R: espiratory depression P: Pneumonia H: Ypotension I: Nfrequency N: Nausea E: Mesis It is more applicable to the way I think.
