Slowly enlarging nasal vestibule lesion

A 69-year-old male with a 1year of a slowly enlarging mass in the region of nasal vestibule arasing from the mucocutaneous junction of nasal septum, no clear link with nasal septal cartilage (maybe only few anterior millimeters).This was associated with some mild discomfort. There were no other features of note or epistaxis. No lymph node palpable in the neck. Incisional Biopsy at runtime. Thoughts? Treatment? If surgical, How to reconstruct surgical defect?
