growth?

I believe I have a possible yeast infection hence the white discharge piece.. Wiped out most to get a clear pic. I am posting this because I have no idea if that "growth" with the yeast is normal or something I need checked. Ive had it forever that I can remember past 4 years. I feel like it looks all wrong compared to any regular vagina I have seen on medical sites or diagrams, etc. Ive never had sex or pap smears / general check ups in that region. I do get reoccurring yeast and bacterial infections which will be trying to sort out soon.
