 A, Erythematous candidiasis diffusely involving the dorsal tongue of a 32-year-old man. B, Same patient showing nail dystrophy. C, Corneal keratopathy is also noted. Patient had a history of the onset of hypoparathyroidism and hypoadrenocorticism, which were both diagnosed in the second decade of life.
