Tricho-Dento-Osseous Syndrome.
Dentition exhibiting diffuse enamel hypoplasia and hypomaturation. At birth, the patient exhibited a kinky “steel wool” texture to her hair; with time, the hair straightened. A high index of suspicion was required to arrive at the diagnosis.
