I m a beginner in medicine , just cleared Indian entrance (NEET) in first attempt and is doing mbbs from Delhi ,,, i m a very goal oriented person and wants to pursue my pg coaching from mbbs 2nd year itself alongside (atleast test series of 1 year) but before that I m confused be whether i ll go for usmle or neet pg ..I have big dreams and earlier thought usmle (from high school ) but many are telling me cons of usmle as it is risky expensive and all ,,, can anyone suggest me what should I do

If you want to prepare for USMLE than you to be prepare according to that coz that’s totally a whole new level. You have to be conceptual and and you should have a proper knowledge of clinical experiences. Its a 3 stage examination process and better than PLAB and NEET PG. You should better focus on biochemistry, community medicine and pharmacology for that. Most of the part comes out from that. And you should also be better aware with the diagnostic problems too. That will also help you out with some of the MCQ’s. Best of luck ✌️

You should start from the beginning of your 2nd professional year. That will help you a lot
