This is Bilateral lower limb edema, and its not a disease, its a Symptom for a disease, we need more hx to give a dx and tx. Pregnant women get swollen feet as an expected physiological change, we don't need to treat it. Depending on pt's B.P and general health condition this could be anything from CHF, CKD, Pre-ecclampsia,etc. Although a diuretic can reduce the swelling, we need more hx for definitive dx and tx.
