On one end, find a blunt tear-drop tip. On the other end, a sharp tear-drop tip. Which will be used most? Depends on the procedure, most commonly used for orthopedic and neurosurgical operations to debulk and lift in conjunction with other instruments in the classic stainless steel, of course.
