Decubitus for differentiating pleural effusion from consolidation and loculated effusion from free fluid in the pleural space.

I am not a radiologist, but i would go for levels in stomac and abdominal parts?
The position is lateral decubitus and it is given to a patient to assess the pleural effusion wheather it is loculated or mobile effusion
