Symptoms may include: Fever and chills. Fatigue (feeling tired) Vomiting. Cold hands and feet. Severe aches or pain in the muscles, joints, chest, or abdomen (belly) Rapid breathing. Diarrhea. In the later stages, a dark purple rash.
