Classic migrainous headache is lateralized, throbbing headache that occurs episodically following it's onset in adolescence or early adult life. it may be dull and are sometimes associated with anorexia, nausea, vomiting, photophobia, osmophobia, cognitive impairment and blurring of vision. Patient often give a family history of migraine. Attacks may be triggered by emotional or physical stress, lack or excess sleep, missed meals, specific food, bright light, loud music, menstruation. Management of migraine consist of avoidance of any precipitating factor and symptomatic therapy (ergotamines and triptans)
