Glands of head : hypothalamus, pituitary having anterior lobe produce GH, LH, FSH, ACTH, TSH, PRL ; posterior lobe produce ADH, Oxytocin and intermediate lobe produce MSH , pineal gland control circadian rhythm by melatonin. Glands of neck : thyroid snd parathyroid control metabolism and blood calcium level.
