Recurrent chest pains A 40-year-old woman presented with complaints of a 4-year history of recurrent central chest pain. She gave a history of having a prolonged fever for about 3 months accompanied by arthralgia at the age of 13 years, but the fever resolved gradually. 1) Hyperparathyroidism 2) Idiopathic hypercalcaemia 3) Aortic aortitis 4) Hyperlipidaemia
