Fenestrated Capillaries Found in kidney glomeruli, small intestine, and endocrine glands. Have pores, allow large substances to pass but not plasma proteins. Sinusoidal Capillaries Large diameter with fenestrae. Liver, spleen, bone marrow, lymphoid tissue, some endocrine glands.
