@Fateme Kourki I wouldn't really do much honestly. If you have multiple haemorrhages, you can try to surgically remove one of these malformations. And send the tissue to the pathologist. Cavernomas often also include blood vessels without real differentiation to an artery or vein. If not possible, I would treat the patient conservative. If he has seizures I'd also add anticolvulsants. There are also some genetic mutations in hereditary cavernomatosis. In genes CCM1,2,3.

Multiple cerebrale cavernomatosis are multiple haemangiomas, that contain AVMs in the brain. They can lead to haemorrhage stroke (with different symptoms like paraplegia or amaurosis fugax, etc.).
