Plummer-Vinson syndrome classically presents as a triad of iron-deficiency anemia, post-cricoid dysphagia, and upper esophageal webs. Long-standing iron deficiency anemia can present as dyspnea, tachycardia, weakness, pallor, and koilonychia.
