PATIENT WITH BRACHIAL ARTERY INJURY

This is case of sharp object injury to upper limb with injury to brachial artery and median nerve with compromised supply to forearm and hand in which end to end anastomosis was done for brachial artery and median nerve anastomosis done and fasciotomy was done to prevent compartment syndrome.post operatively patient had difficulty in flexors of hand and sent for plastic and reconstructive surgery for further management.
