She had a pulse rate of 108bpm and a temperature of 37.8. There are signs of reduced air entry at the right base. Chest x-ray shows no obvious abnormality. D- chest physiotherapy. Post op atelectasis. It's a common post op complication after abdominal surgeries.the reduced air entry in the base of lungs supports the diagnosis.
