spots/ rashes on my both arms

it’s nearly 3wks I had this but unfortunately the GP told me don’t know about this, all my bloods works are normal. They prescribed Fucidin cream at Flucloxacillin but it didn’t work. First thing it starts like a heat rashes and the days goes by it’s like that. Had some spots on back.
