Causes of caplan syndrome
Caplan syndrome is also known as rheumatoid lung silicosis, silicoarthritis and rheumatoid pneumoconiosis. Inflammation leads to scarring of lung due to breathing of coal dust in persons with rheumatoid arthritis are the causes of Caplan syndrome.
