Treatment for Richter Hernia
Midline laparotomy is typically appropriate for ventral incisional hernias. Femoral and inguinal Richter type hernias may require inguinal incision with a counter laparotomy incision. Minimally invasive hernia repair with either laparoscopic or robotic techniques should also is a consideration.
