Boat accident
These cut wounds were caused by propellers from a boat, so stay safe & watch where you sit. We are going to direct this one to our boat Captains and maritime clients. The next time someone is sitting at the bow of the boat and hanging their feet off, remember this photo. #dontdoit #luckytobealive I always say “ugly doesn’t usually kill people” bleeding and airway issues do. Training should be realistic and include the challenges of real life scenarios. Open and practice with the the equipment and supplies you carry in your kit.
