Hair Transplant Surgery
In the hair transplant surgery, the doctor removes the follicular units from a healthy area of the scalp (donor area) and transfers them to the receiving area. After careful planning, the surgeon makes small holes in which the follicular units are to be inserted, respecting the natural direction of the growth of the hair. The procedure is carried out on the scalp and guarantees a speedy recovery and the patient usually gets discharged on the same day of the procedure. The patient returns to his normal routine after a few days, just with the care to avoid the sun and intense physical effort for the next 30 days.
