Treatment of Brenner tumor

borderline Brenner tumors have a benign clinical course. Complete excision (unilateral oophorectomy or total hysterectomy and bilateral oophorectomy) is curative. Approximately 80% of malignant Brenner tumors are stage I and have an excellent prognosis after surgery.
