MASSIVE SCALP LACERATION!
A 46 year old male with a massive scalp laceration. Driver was unrestrained, impacted windshield, the driver was extricated from vechile GCS14. Pan scan was unremarkable, excluding tissue trauma. Patient reported he would not drink and drive again, I also recommend wearing a seat belt in the future.
