Swan neck deformity:-The PIP joint is hyperextended with flexion at the distal interphalangeal (DIP) joint. Boutonniere deformity:- There is flexion the PIP joint with hyperextension of the DIP joint. Mallet finger :- known as drop finger or baseball finger, is an injury to the tendon that straightens the tip of your finger.
