Xanthoma striatum palmare
Xanthoma striatum palmare is a cutaneous condition characterized by xanthomas of the palmar creases which are almost diagnostic for dysbetalipoproteinemia. Xanthomas consist of accumulations of lipids within macrophages deposited within the dermis of the skin.
