Missed Abortion

Missed Abortion aged 2 weeks that was not expelled. A Completion curettage done when the patient was diagnosed with a missed abortion at the ER. Patient presented with sudden onset of hypogastric pain, crampy, dysmenorrhea with a pain scale of 10/10. Upon further interview, patient had a history of spotting for 1 month but with no checkups done. At the ER, pregnancy test showed a positive result.
