In the surgery of gallbladder for the removal of stone , it is necessary to remove the gallbladder .

No it is not. In some cases a complete cholecystectomy is performed but there are also surgical interventions for lithiasis that aim to remove the stones from the bile ducts only, this is done by making an incision (usually laparoscopic) and remove the stones with a special forceps which can also be combined with a suction force. When you're done you simply sew it back together again.
