Distal bicep tendon is the only tendon that attaches biceps muscle to the elbow. Distal bicep tendon tear refers to usually complete separation of tendon from bone as a result of lifting heavy objects and injury causing weakness in the palm muscles impairing the ability to perform powerful palm activities such as tightening with a screwdriver.
