Hill-Sachs Lesion

Hill-Sachs Lesion

Hill-Sachs lesion is a complication of recurrent anteroinferior dislocation of the shoulder joint. Repeated anteroinferior dislocation damages the humeral head resulting in bony lesion, a break in the bone, or a deformity. In severe cases, the condition is managed by bone grafting and tightening of the capsule.
