Hawkin's test is a special test usually done in orthopedic setup. It is a clinical test which indicates rotator cuff tendinitis. The test is done in sitting or standing position. Patient's shoulder and elbow are flexed. Force is applied on the arm while stabilizing the shoulder with the other hand.
