To increase the chances of becoming a dad, you should have sex 2-3 times a week especially when your partner ovulates. You can also do some lifestyle modifications to increase the chances. They include; • Keep your testicles cool as it affects the quality of sperms. Avoid wearing tight underwear as it increases the temperature. If your job demands to sit for long period or working under hot environment, then take a break and walk around. • Quit smoking, alcohol and recreational drugs e.g. cocaine, cannabis and anabolic steroids. It decreases fertility. • Maintain healthy diet and weight. • Exercise. • Eliminate stress as it may affect libido of you and your partner. It also affects sperm quality.
