Hello, how old is he? Does he changed his shoe recently? Does he used topical corticosteroids for this lesion?Maybe contact dermatitis with or without impetigo
If we couldn't diagnose primary lesion due to secondary changes we should prevent complications as secondary bacterial infection and ttt symptomatically and avoid irritative agents as clothes and shoes
