Patient Mrs. Bhanuben Pravinbhai Sakhiya’s (55yrs, Female) EDTA Blood was analyzed by Neuberg Center for Genomic Medicine. There are 40 key DNA target genes and 29 driver genes in a broad fusion panel (See Gene Table in Technical Note) to cover all the major myeloid disorders and several acute lymphoid disorders. DNA and RNA were analyzed in a single workflow. Reporting was done only for variants with a minimum coverage of >250X.
