A 5 y.o girl came to ER with history of FB ingestion a week ago “sharp nail” , Her morher states that she was looking for the nail in her daughters stool but she couldnt find it and she came to do an Xray to do so. No history of : vomitting , change in bowel habits , loss of appitie On Examinition : pt was alert , oriented , afibrile and vitally stable Abdomen : soft and lax, no tenderness, no rigidity , no distention Her Xray showed -as per surgical residant on-call and the ER specialist- that it is multiple air-fluid level They said it is a partial bowel obstruction with the risk of perforation , advised to do a Nasogastric Tube and Foleys catheter to be admitted under pediatric surgery but patients mother refused claiming that her daughter has nothing wrong with her . Thats her Xray , what do you think ?
