The patient has a history of post-left pneumonectomy, now both lower limps are not functioning. Ulcers have started growing on the knee and elbow within three weeks. Blood tests, CP, HIV are clear. MRI and CT scans show no abnormal results. Would share further detail, if someone is interested in the diagnosis
Would these be categorized like pressure ulcers? By depth and circumference? I'm definitely interested in further information. Shingles normally occurs on the torso.
Pressure ulcers are caused from touching something like a bed or something for long periods of time. However stasis ulcers occurs fron blood traveling problems and if this isn't treated soon he could end up with amputation or bone infection. Neither one is good. May be some kind of staff infection or pseudamonis
